By booking a photoshoot with me, I understand that you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
1.Booking and payment
- You can book through email, web site or social media
- Every session requires a fee of £50 (£100 for brand shoot) to secure your date.
- The remaining amount of the session fee must be paid not later than the day of the photoshoot.
2.Photoshoot day
- Please be on time. If you are running late,please let me know.
- The time you are late, will be deducted from the planned photoshoot time.
3.After the photoshoot
- You will receive a link with your gallery,from where you can choose your favourite images, included in the package
- You can buy additional images, If you like more then the amount included in the package.
- The prints will be delivered to your address by me or by Royal Mail within 14 days after choosing your prints.
4.Photographs
- The photographs in the gallery will be picked and edited by me.
- The images you are receiving are in jpeg format, I don’t share Raw files.
- I don’t do retouch, don’t change people’s faces,bodies, and ect.
- You can freely use,share and print the images for non-commercial use.
5.Publicity
- I would love to share the result of our photoshoot on my website and social media (Facebook and Instagram, feed and stories).
- If you don’t agree,please,let me know on the day of the photoshoot, latest.
6.Cancellation/Reschedule
- You can cancel/reschedule the photo session up to 48 hours before. If you do it after, the booking fee is not refundable.
- You can reschedule ones, after that the booking fee is not refundable and you need to make a new booking.
- If before an hour of a planned outdoor photoshoot the weather doesn’t allow for it to happen, we have to reschedule the session.
